Molex is seeking a growth minded Product Manager that is able to manage products roadmap and work with BDM and Sales team to approach products and succeed business. They must be versatile, have a growth mindset and proactive engagement with Molex Sales teams and BDM. Also, internally coordinate design engineers, production department, process engineers…etc to drive opportunities successfully and on time.

The preferred Product Manager will have an understanding of the strategic customers in the Telecom, Datacom and Hyperscale industries and the competitive landscape. They should be able to use this knowledge to manage new business opportunities and communicate effectively
This role will work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing, product development, process engineering and Molex Global Sales team to ensure that business development efforts align with the company's overall goals.
