Your Job
As the local High Power Product Manager based at our Penang, Malaysia plant, you will represent the high-power product portfolio for the Power & Signal Business Unit (PSBU). You will drive new product development and manufacturability, lead technical discussions with manufacturing, coordinate supplier and customer interactions across Southeast Asia, and own product launch readiness activities such as SAP material master loading, inventory strategy, product costing, and VAVE validation to ensure timely, cost-effective production and ramp of high-power products.
Our Team
You will join Molex’s Power & Signal Business Unit (PSBU) within the high-power group at the Penang, Malaysia plant. The team supports rapid BU growth and products that enable technologies such as artificial intelligence, working closely with Manufacturing Engineers, regional Global Commodity Managers, Finance, suppliers, and customers across Southeast Asia.
