This position is mainly responsible for defining requirements, aligning stakeholders, and driving product scope in the laser scanner R&D project.
Main Tasks
1. Define Product Requirements: Translate market needs into clear, structured product requirements (PRD) with measurable specifications.
2. Drive Product & Prototype Definition: Lead the definition of target product and prototype scope with cross-functional teams (SSC, BU).
3. Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment: Align requirements across engineering, business, and global teams; manage changes and avoid misalignment.
4. Support Technical Feasibility and Trade-offs: Work with engineering teams to refine requirements based on technical feasibility, constraints, and trade-offs.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Optics, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
Experience as a key contributor or leader in at least one full scanner product development cycle to production. Basic understanding of optics and electronic systems; familiarity with component selection is preferred. Experience in work package definition, task breakdown, and coordination with internal or external partners.
