About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to join a growing healthcare organisation where you can make a genuine impact.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for the strategic development and lifecycle management of your assigned product categories. Acting as the central point of contact for supplier engagement, driving innovation, operational efficiency and value creation across the
product portfolio.

This is a highly collaborative role working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Clinical stakeholders, and international manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete product lifecycle, from product concept and development through to launch, optimisation, and retirement.
• Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps aligned with organisational objectives vision and target markets.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and pricing to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Perform product rationalisation and product mix segmentation analysis to support organisational need.
• Develop and manage pricing strategies to maximise profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders on product updates, product training, marketing propositions, and product strategies.
• Represent Novis at industry trade shows, supplier meetings, expos, and professional events.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across product management processes and methodologies.

About You

You are a driven Product Manager who thrives on identifying opportunities, solving problems, and bringing great products to market. You combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach and enjoy working across multiple functions to deliver results.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience in Product Management, Category Management, Product Development, or a similar commercial role.
• Experience managing product lifecycles and bringing new products to market.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• Experience working with SAP and/or other ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Desirable Experience

The following will be highly regarded:

• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge in pressure care preferred.
• Least 3 years' experience in Product management or clinical role.
• CAD experience.
• Project Management experience or qualifications.
• UX/UI understanding.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specifications.
