We are currently accepting applications for an experienced focused Product Manager to join our Research & Development team in our Caringbah head office. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Research & Development and Design Engineering, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end process of new product development to post-launch for our high quality Enware tapware range.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Product Strategy – Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and positioning; conduct market and competitive analysis; align with company revenue and sustainability goals
Stakeholder & Industry Engagement – Engage with industry groups, standards committees, and suppliers to stay ahead of regulatory changes and benchmark innovations
End-to-End Product Lifecycle – Lead from concept through design, prototyping, testing, launch, and post-launch optimisation; maintain Vitality (new product revenue) above 20%
Technical & Compliance Oversight – Translate market requirements into specifications; ensure products meet industry standards, environmental regulations, and quality certifications
Customer & Market Intelligence – Gather customer feedback and field data; maintain key customer relationships to anticipate trends and drive product improvements
Performance & Reporting – Define KPIs for adoption and satisfaction; develop product performance reporting, project briefs, and lifecycle documentation
To be successful in this role, you need to be able to demonstrate the following experience:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or relevant degree experience.
Solid experience in product management, preferably in water or environmental technology solutions.
Proven track record of managing complex products from concept to launch.
Minimum required skills:
Computer proficient with Advanced Excel, Intermediate Word, and PowerPoint skills
Decision-making & problem-solving – High-level independent judgement and self-management
Project & time management – Organised, systemic thinker who delivers to deadlines
Communication & stakeholder influence – Confident presenter and communicator at all levels
Collaborative & adaptable – Team player comfortable in a complex matrix organisation
This position would suit an individual with previous plumbing trade experience, or exposure within a building services or facilities role.
