Your opportunity:

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape and deliver the strategy for TPG Telecom’s customer platforms across our portfolio of leading brands. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Omnichannel Platforms, you’ll define and execute the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve customer and business challenges. With a strong focus on data, customer experience and continuous improvement, you’ll drive platform enhancements, prioritise initiatives and deliver seamless, omnichannel experiences that create real value for customers and the business.

You'll make impact by:

  • Scope and shape platform initiatives, working with various stakeholders and delivery teams to define priorities and drive outcomes
  • Break down complex problems and articulate the impacts to customers and business, and present clear solution options to support decision-making
  • Use data, KPIs and business milestones to prioritise the backlog, measure initiative success and monitor long-term platform performance
  • Partner with Service Designers, operational and support teams to stay on top of customer needs, root causes of incidents and defects, and feed these into strategic planning

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of analyst or product management experience in a fast-paced service industry or organisation
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and proven facilitation skills across large cross-functional teams
  • Experience in balancing priorities in a complex environment, working with multiple stakeholders, tools, brands and user channels
  • Strong data literacy, including using customer or platform data to make decisions, track KPIs and improve outcomes
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and uncertainty
