Job Description

About ThoughtFull

ThoughtFull is on a mission to simplify mental health for your personal and professional growth - through every season of life, anytime, anywhere.

ThoughtFull is a Temasek-backed mental health company that provides full mental healthcare services for corporates clients around the Asian region and beyond. We were the first in Asia to offer clinically validated text-based coaching and the first to partner with insurers, making care more accessible to individuals and businesses. Join us on our mission and be part of our rockstar team!

ThoughtFull is hiring a Full-Stack Product Manager to help design, validate, and ship product features across our mental health platform. You will work across mobile, web, admin, professional-facing, and backend-enabled experiences, turning ambiguous user, clinical, and business problems into shipped product outcomes.

Beyond feature delivery, you will be expected to connect the dots across our product ecosystem, understand the commercial impact of product decisions, and leverage AI and automation to accelerate execution without compromising quality.

What you will do:

Product Discovery & Delivery

  • Work with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, Ops, BD, CS, and Data to identify high-impact product opportunities and problems.
  • Translate user needs, business requirements, operational pain points, clinical workflows, stakeholder feedback, and data into clear problem statements.
  • Define success metrics, expected outcomes, risks, constraints, and trade-offs before execution begins.
  • Help shape roadmap priorities by balancing impact, urgency, technical feasibility, clinical sensitivity, and speed to market.
  • Own scoped features from discovery through release, including requirements, user flows, edge cases, acceptance criteria, QA support, rollout, and post-launch review.
  • Write clear, implementation-ready PRDs, user stories, tickets, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate with Design and Engineering to deliver practical solutions, MVPs, and phased releases.
  • Support staging testing, UAT, release communication, demos, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify delivery blockers early and help teams make timely decisions.

Commercial & Business Thinking

  • Understand how product decisions impact revenue, retention, client satisfaction, enterprise contracts, operational efficiency, and business growth.
  • Partner with BD, CS, Clinical, and Leadership teams to understand customer needs, commercial priorities, and market opportunities.
  • Evaluate opportunities not only through user value, but also through business impact and return on investment.
  • Make trade-offs visible by balancing user needs, commercial outcomes, technical constraints, and clinical safety.
  • Develop a strong understanding of ThoughtFull's business model, customer segments, and competitive landscape.

Systems Thinking & AI Product Building

  • Understand system-wide impact before building. Consider how changes affect the user app, Pro360, TFI, admin tools, backend services, data flows, and clinical workflows.
  • Work comfortably with APIs, databases, analytics events, integrations, and technical constraints, even without writing production code daily.
  • Partner with Engineering on architecture decisions, dependencies, technical debt, release sequencing, and scalability considerations.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, requirement drafting, workflow mapping, product analysis, prototyping, and experimentation.
  • Build AI-assisted prototypes, workflow simulations, or low-code experiments to validate ideas quickly.
  • Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve user experiences, professional workflows, and internal operations.

Product Optimisation & Alignment

  • Define and track metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, adoption, conversion, completion, usage frequency, operational efficiency, and workflow quality.
  • Run lightweight experiments, A/B tests, prototypes, and feedback loops where appropriate.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews and translate learnings into clear next steps.
  • Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams by communicating goals, priorities, timelines, decisions, and progress clearly.
  • Understand mental health product design principles, including trust, safety, dignity, accessibility, and reducing friction during vulnerable moments.
  • Review user experiences critically, provide constructive feedback on designs and flows, and advocate for improvements grounded in user behaviour and data.

Requirements

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, product engineering, business analysis, technical product ownership, or a similar product-building role. Exposure to multi-product or platform ecosystems is a strong plus.
  • Strong bias for execution and ability to move from ambiguity to clarity quickly.
  • Technically fluent enough to discuss APIs, databases, analytics, mobile/web constraints, backend dependencies, and system trade-offs with engineers.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and quality of work, not just for writing but for analysis, prototyping, structured thinking, and delivery support.
  • Able to write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, and stakeholder updates.
  • Strong design sensibility with opinions on UX, the ability to critique a Figma file constructively, and instinct for clinical or mental health user experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to separate symptoms from root causes.
  • Comfortable working in an agile product and engineering environment with Jira, Figma, Notion, Slack, and analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Redash, Metabase, Supabase, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders without turning every decision into a long meeting.
  • High ownership mindset: you do not wait for perfect instructions; you clarify, propose, build, and improve.
  • Strong plus: experience in healthtech, mental health, care delivery workflows, mobile apps, admin portals, CRM/EHR systems, AI-enabled products, or automation-heavy internal tools.

Basic Salary Range: MYR8,000 – MYR13,000
