We are looking for a product manager who will play an essential part in translating our product strategy into features and initiatives that move the business forward. You will own the discovery and delivery processes, and work closely with customer support, engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure every release creates real value for our users and positions us competitively in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute on the product strategy set by leadership, breaking vision into quarterly goals and objectives.
- Drive alignment across engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders, ensuring teams are always building the right thing and doing their best work.
- Own the product roadmap: prioritize ruthlessly, manage trade-offs, and communicate decisions clearly to all levels of the organization.
- Stay close to the competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and customer needs in the fintech space, and bring those signals into the roadmap.
- Define and track product KPIs to measure impact, iterate based on data, and surface insights to leadership.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1-3 years of product management experience. Fintech experience is preferred but not required.
- Based in Riyadh.
- Saudi Nationality, or at least born and lived in Saudi.
- Proven track record of owning a product end-to-end and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
