Job Description

About the Role

The Commerce Platform team at Adobe plays a key role in how products and services are bought and consumed at scale. With AI becoming essential to Adobe’s offerings, we develop infrastructure and platform tools that bring GenAI features to customers innovatively and commercially.

We are looking for a Platform Product Manager to guide AI Monetization efforts. This position bridges platform engineering, pricing strategy, and collaborative work — partnering closely with collaborators to build how Adobe offers, prices, and provides GenAI capabilities to customers.

This position suits a person who understands systems and APIs, appreciates AI product monetization and adoption, and enjoys working in collaborative, cross-functional, and worldwide teams. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams and technical PMs located in India and need to communicate clearly across different time zones and fields.

What You’ll Do

  • Work together on GenAI Monetization Strategy alongside partners contributing to pricing models, consumption frameworks, and entitlement structures.
  • Connect go-to-market teams with the platform engineering organization, translating strategic intent into clear platform requirements.
  • Accelerate API & Platform Adoption by managing the product roadmap for APIs that surface GenAI monetization capabilities.
  • Define Platform Roadmap & Communicate Progress by partnering with collaborators to outline and prioritize the GenAI monetization roadmap, sharing strategy and progress with leadership.
  • Measure and Iterate by defining and tracking success metrics across platform adoption and monetization performance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 3–5+ years of experience in platform or technical product management, with a background in commerce, API platforms, or developer ecosystem products.
  • Proven ability to engage with various internal divisions, developing trust and alignment between engineering, product, and go-to-market areas.
  • Clear, compelling communication skills — able to translate platform strategy and technical concepts into business value.
  • Comfort using data to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and drive prioritization.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML product monetization, including token/credit-based consumption models and GenAI pricing patterns.
  • Experience coordinating work schedules spanning several time zones, supported by effective asynchronous communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a similar area.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in large, matrixed organizations.
  • A history of building alignment and communicating effectively with senior leadership.
