As a leading online payment service provider, we deploy more than 400 payment methods and PCI-certified platforms to process approximately 6 million payments every single day.
Own and develop a product area by delivering business outcomes, balancing stakeholder needs, and managing product decisions within a defined domain.
Responsibilities & key activities
- Define and manage roadmap aligned with business priorities,
- Translate business needs into product initiatives,
- Drive end-to-end delivery (discovery → delivery → iteration),
- Analyze product performance,
- Identify problems and improvement areas,
- Use data and stakeholder input to define solutions,
- Collaborate and actively manage with other departments,
- Manage expectations and priorities,
- Communicate progress and risks,
- Negotiate trade-offs,
- Incorporate compliance into product decisions and balance business goals with risk requirements,
- Maintain and continuously improve product documentation (JIRA, PRDs, rollout plans, training materials),
- Independently coordinate and execute product launches or rollout activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3–6 years product management experience,
- Experience in fintech/payments,
- Proven experience working cross-functionally,
- Very good knowledge of English,
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery.
