Job Description

Main Tasks

  • Objectives of this role:
  • Full lifecycle product management of Sunlens.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products.

Education

Master degree or above in Science & Engineering, Medical Science, Biomedical Engineering or related, preferably Ophthalmology & Optometry.

Experience

3-5 years’ experience in a related industry.

Other skills

  • Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing, intercultural awareness), ideally with international experience
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Great negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and product strategies is a plu
