Annual Compensation Range: $115,000 - $125,000, Full-Time, Benefit Eligible
Profession: Healthcare / Enterprise Application Services
Location: Remote (EST/CST Preferred)
Travel: Minimal (<10%)

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise operational systems that support critical healthcare operations.

In this role, you will partner with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions, streamline workflows, improve operational performance, and enhance the user experience across the organization. What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Roadmap Management

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy focused on operational excellence and business value.
  • Gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable product initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Lead prioritization efforts based on business impact, value realization, and resource constraints.
  • Oversee implementation of system enhancements, integrations, and third-party vendor solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.

Business Process & Workflow Optimization

  • Analyze current-state workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvements.
  • Design and implement optimized workflows that improve scalability, compliance, and user experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations and IT teams to align business processes and technology solutions.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and governance standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using structured process improvement methodologies.

Data Analytics & Decision Support

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
  • Utilize data insights to support product prioritization, investment decisions, and process enhancements.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across systems and reporting environments.

Stakeholder Engagement & Execution

  • Build trusted partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate product progress, outcomes, risks, and opportunities to leadership teams.
  • Act as a product ambassador and subject matter expert for assigned platforms and initiatives.
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Support testing, implementation, adoption, training, and change management activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering business value through technology solutions and operational improvements.
  • Strong expertise in process mapping, workflow optimization, and business process analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading enterprise application initiatives and collaborating with technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare operations, recruiting operations, or marketing operations environments.
  • Experience with business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of project management, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working with enterprise applications, vendor management, and system integrations.
