Product Manager

Role Overview

The Product Manager is responsible for leading product
planning and execution across the full product lifecycle. This includes
gathering and prioritizing customer and business requirements, defining the
product vision, and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and goals.
The role works closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to
deliver user‑centric digital products with speed, quality, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Own
  product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle
• 
  Gather,
  analyze, and prioritize product and customer requirements
• 
  Define
  and communicate a clear product vision aligned with organizational goals
• 
  Identify
  product gaps and generate ideas to grow adoption, value, and customer
  satisfaction

  Create
  internal and external buy‑in for product direction and roadmap

  Develop
  product pricing and positioning strategies
• 
  Translate
  product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, epics, and user
  stories
• 
  Scope
  and prioritize work based on business value and customer impact
• 
  Partner
  closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery

  Lead
  and support product launches in collaboration with communications and
  leadership teams
• 
  Evaluate
  promotional plans for consistency with product strategy
• 
  Act
  as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• 
  Engage
  with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback on products and
  services
