We are looking for a Marketplace Product Manager to play a leading role in shaping the vision, strategy and priorities for our marketplace capability. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure we are delivering customer-focused solutions that drive business value at scale.

Using your expertise in agile product management and marketplace ecosystems, you’ll help evolve our marketplace proposition, improve operational efficiency and support the delivery of innovative customer experiences across the group.

What's the job?

  • Product vision & strategy: Is responsible for the product vision & strategy, in alignment with the strategic direction of the business and group. Ensures the vision and strategy are clearly understood at all levels - team, stakeholders, domain and group leadership
  • OKRs & Product metrics: Is responsible for the definition of outcome-based OKRs & product metrics and is accountable to measure, track and use it for strategic prioritisation decisions.
  • Value articulation: Performs cost-benefit analysis to assess the size of opportunities, provides clear recommendations and uses it for investment and prioritisation decisions.
  • Customer centricity: Deeply understands the customers, in partnership with the design team, and champions the mindset within the team to ensure decisions are made with customers or users in mind

What you'll bring

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing digital products within fast-paced agile environments.
  • Experience working on or delivering marketplace platform products. This could include B2C retail marketplaces, B2B marketplaces, service marketplaces or closed marketplace environments.
  • Strong understanding of how marketplace ecosystems operate, including seller, customer and operational journeys.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale e-commerce or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to define product strategy and translate it into measurable outcomes and delivery plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer insight to drive product decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving capability with a customer-first approach.
  • Previous experience mentoring or leading product teams is highly desirable.
