Job Description

Join us now as Product Manager in Taiwan within the Product and Client Solution team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end product development and lifecycle management for both onshore and offshore funds in Taiwan.

The level of the role will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, demonstrated ownership, and capability in managing product initiatives.

The position acts as a key liaison among Taiwan regulators, offshore management companies, external legal counsel, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of product launches, regulatory filings, and lifecycle initiatives.

The role also involves managing new product development, regulatory disclosures, product documentation, and product data governance, ensuring consistency and accuracy of product information across internal systems and external platforms

What you do

1. Product Development & Launch

• Support new product development across onshore and offshore strategies
• Coordinate stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product execution from ideation to launch
• Prepare and review product documents, including prospectuses and regulatory filings

2. Regulatory Filing & Liaison

• Serve as key coordinator with Taiwan regulators (FSC/SITCA), external lawyers, and offshore management companies
• Submit fund registration and approval documents
• Handle regulator queries and track approval progress
• Ensure submissions and product structures comply with Taiwan regulations

3. Product Data & Documentation

• Maintain and update fund documents and disclosures for onshore and offshore funds
• Upload prospectuses and related documents to regulator platforms accurately and on time
• Oversee product master data, including:
• Internal systems (global product database)
• External platforms (e.g., SITCA, distributors, public disclosures)
• Ensure product data is accurate, consistent, and timely across internal and external channels

4. Product Lifecycle Management

• Support fund lifecycle initiatives for onshore and offshore funds, including:
• Fund mergers, restructurings, and share class launches
• Fee changes and product updates
• Dividend policy updates and other regulatory changes
• Coordinate stakeholders for smooth implementation

5. Strategic Product Initiatives

• Support strategic product initiatives and pipeline development
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support positioning and business cases
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on cross-border initiatives

What you bring

• For Associate Product Manager, at least 7 years’ relevant experience in the Taiwan funds industry; candidates with less experience may be considered for Associate Product Manager.
• SITCA or Senior Securities Specialist license required
• Good knowledge of Taiwan fund regulations (FSC / SITCA)
• Strong attention to detail in legal and regulatory documents
• Strong analytical skills to solve issues
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Strong execution and project management
• Strong regulatory awareness and risk sensitivity
• Able to work accurately under pressure
• Collaborative mindset
• AI skills: Microsoft CoPilot
