Major Duties

  • Develop market insight by defining target client segment markets and evaluating industry trends

  • Lead introduction of new products by coordinating approvals, publishing materials, and supporting sales training
  • Assess industry movement and refine value-based pricing post launch
  • Provide sales support including presenting at client and prospect meetings
  • Create strategies for cross-program coordination and go-to-market rollouts
  • Conduct post-launch audits, track product success, analyze P&L, metrics, and KPIs, and recommend improvements
  • Drive complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and stakeholders
  • Display a cross-functional perspective, partnering with business, technology, and operations
  • Own aggregation platform strategy and roadmap across Wealth capabilities
  • Manage platforms such as Yodlee, Plaid, and PCR, including vendor performance and roadmap alignment
  • Evaluate and onboard new aggregation tools/providers for inbound (data ingestion) and outbound (API/open banking) use cases
  • Oversee external account connectivity, data ingestion, normalization, and reliability across platforms
  • Partner with risk, security, and compliance on data sharing, consent, and regulatory requirements
  • Define and track KPIs such as connection success rates, data quality, refresh cadence, and platform uptime

Qualifications

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Northern Trust will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)

  • Strong communication skills; ability to translate complex topics into clear, management-ready materials
