4. Launch & Go-to-Market

  • Plan and execute new product launches, including sales tools, technical datasheets, and training.
  • Develop product value propositions and application-based selling arguments.
  • Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, webinars, catalogues, and digital content.

5. Lifecycle & Portfolio Management

  • Manage product lifecycle: introduction, growth, maturity, and phase-out.
  • Monitor product performance, margin, and market feedback.
  • Propose cost optimization, localization, and platform standardization initiatives.

6. Internal Enablement

  • Train sales and application teams on product features, applications, and differentiation.
  • Act as the internal product expert and first point of contact for product-related questions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • New product launch success (time-to-market, adoption)
  • Revenue and margin growth of assigned product lines
  • Win rate in key projects and tenders
  • Customer satisfaction and market feedback
  • Product cost and competitiveness improvement

Qualification & Experience
