The Role

As a Product Manager at Agora, you will take ownership of significant domains within the Investment Management & Accounting domain, a critical piece at the center of our vertical OS growth strategy. You will be responsible for managing the domain’s backlog and roadmap, collaborating with a dedicated Scrum squad, and engaging with clients to solve their most complex financial workflows.

As part of this role, you will focus on improving the synergies between our software and our tech-assisted services. By leveraging AI, you will completely re-imagine how these services are delivered, turning manual processes into seamless, automated, and scalable product experiences.

What are we looking for

• Domain Leadership: Own critical pieces in the Investment Management & Accounting domain, with the ability to understand complex and analytical use cases while facing and supporting clients
• Product Ownership: Take ownership of feature prioritization and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Development, and Sales to ensure high adoption.
• AI Builder: Proactively adopt and integrate AI tooling into the product development lifecycle and the platform’s core features to automate complex data tasks and improve efficiency.
• User Research & Insights: Conduct deep discovery within real estate and accounting workflows to inform roadmap planning and feature definition.
• Data-Driven Approach: Leverage qualitative insights and quantitative data to optimize feature adoption and usage.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 4 years in a Product Manager role, ideally within B2B SaaS or fintech-oriented companies.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in Accounting, Fintech, or related financial domains is a strong plus.
• AI Builder Persona: Demonstrated ability to build and iterate using AI tools to ship faster and create smarter, "agentic" product experiences.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in writing detailed PRDs, defining complex functionalities, and guiding design and architecture discussions.
• Analytical Skills: Highly analytical, adept at using both qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Leadership & Initiative: Strong ownership, self-motivation, and the ability to make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment.
