Job Description

Responsible for Foods Category (B2C biz)

• Contribute to building and implementing a 360° external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy and vision
• Work with cross functions (local R&D, 3rd party vendors) to develop local relevant innovation. Must have 5 years+ innovation management experience
• Lead the stakeholders (sales, trade marketing, supply chain...) to formulate Brand Marketing Plan and 4-8 Quarter Activity Plan (including innovation launch ; brand activation...etc.)
• Lead & integrated among media/digital agencies to deliver set campaign objectives
• Monitor and Control A&P spending according to the approved budget and lead cross function team to effectively deliver the brand P&L target
• Conduct business data analysis to facilitate team understanding of brand performance

{Requirement}

• Brand building skills at least 8 yrs+ is a MUST
• Promotion and customer marketing skills including category management and in-store activation
• Consumer & market insight including consumer and shopper study
• P&L control experience
• People leadership experience
• Excellent Chinese and English speaking, writing ability (both)
• Familiar with FMCG industry

• Candidate must base in Taiwan
