We are looking for a Product Manager who can turn ideas into products, shape engaging digital experiences, and build features that keep users coming back. This role is for someone who loves product thinking, enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and wants to create something modern, scalable, and meaningful.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to build product experiences that are simple, engaging, and impactful.
Own product features from idea to launch.
Define product direction, roadmap, and priorities.
Turn business and user needs into clear product requirements.
Build gamification features, engagement flows, and user journeys.
Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver great product experiences.
Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Analyze product performance and improve based on data.
Support UAT, release planning, and product rollout.
Align stakeholders on scope, timeline, and delivery.
Experience in Product Management or digital product roles.
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking.
Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment.
Able to write clear product documents and requirements.
Familiar with Agile, Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools.
Understands APIs, product flows, and basic UI/UX principles.
Interest in gamification, digital behavior, and user engagement.
Experience in Insurtech, Fintech, E-commerce, or Gaming is a plus.
Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
