As Product Manager for the PURELAB range, you will define the vision and road map for our scientific water purification portfolio, aligning the product strategy with commercial and customer needs. You will play a pivotal role in managing the full product life cycle — from defining new product requirements to successful market introduction and ongoing performance optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Road map
Define the vision and long-term road map for the PURELAB product range in line with business objectives.
Work closely with field stakeholders (sales, marketing, R&D) to consistently handle the product development road map aligned with the market expectations.
Manage the full product life cycle for the life science portfolio.
Plan and execute product market introductions, including the go-to-market strategy together with the sales leaders team
Communicate product updates, performance metrics, and road map progress to stakeholders.
Product planning management with post launch Return on Experience approach
Market Understanding and Analysis
Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Build and share competitor knowledge to support sales teams and develop compelling value propositions.
Gather, analyse, and interpret customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovation.
Customer and Internal Engagement
Support technical application enquiries and customer discussions.
Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, and R&D teams to drive product success.
Maintain and share product knowledge across the organisation.
Travel
The role will include some solo travel to visit customers, attend exhibitions, and to attend commercial training events.
General requirements for the role:
A degree or equivalent in a science or engineering discipline
A good understanding of the scientific market, applications and challenges
Ability to clearly present commercial and technical information.
Logical decision-making capability.
Strong influencing, negotiation and collaboration skills.
Desirable:
Experience as a Technical or Commercial Product Manager.

Good technical proficiency and understanding of customer applications and challenges.
