Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

As a Product Manager within BTNZ, Westpac’s investment management arm, you’ll play a key role in supporting and shaping the end-to-end product lifecycle of BTNZ’s managed investment schemes, including the Westpac KiwiSaver Scheme.

You’ll help oversee investment products by monitoring and optimising product outcomes, maintaining high-quality product and disclosure documentation, and ensuring regulatory and governance obligations are consistently met. Working in a complex and highly regulated environment, you’ll contribute to product strategy, risk management, and growth initiatives, collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders across the business.

If you bring experience in banking or financial services and have worked in a product-focused role or a related position such as Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Governance we’d love to hear from you. • Experience within banking or financial services

• Experience in a product role or similar, such as project manager, product owner, business analyst, product governance manager

• Understanding of the legislative and regulatory framework for investment products in NZ

• Experience supporting delivery in complex, regulated environments with multiple stakeholders

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
