What we need…
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and technically-minded Junior Product Manager to join our Product team in Paris.
You will work closely with engineers, designers, customer-facing teams, and leadership to help shape and deliver innovative product capabilities focused on automations, integrations, and AI-powered experiences.
This role is ideal for candidates with an engineering or technical background who are passionate about product management and excited by the intersection of AI, workflow automation, and SaaS platforms. You will contribute to building solutions that help some of the world’s leading retail and hospitality brands improve operational execution and employee experience at scale.
What you'll do…
Product Discovery & Requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to identify pain points and opportunities related to integrations, automations, and AI-driven workflows
Translate product strategy into clear product requirements and user stories
Participate in customer interviews, product discovery workshops, and feature validation exercises
Conduct market and competitive research on automation and AI trends
Product Delivery
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle
Support sprint planning, prioritization, backlog management, and feature delivery
Help ensure high-quality product releases aligned with customer and business needs
Contribute to documentation and internal enablement materials
Integrations & Automation
Support the evolution of YOOBIC’s integration ecosystem and automation capabilities
Help define and improve workflows leveraging APIs, connectors, triggers, and third-party systems
Participate in designing scalable automation use cases that create measurable customer value
AI Initiatives
Contribute to AI-related product initiatives and experimentation
Help identify practical AI use cases across the YOOBIC platform
Work with teams to define user experiences powered by generative AI and intelligent automation
Stay up to date on emerging AI technologies, tooling, and industry best practices
Product Operations & Analysis
Monitor feature adoption and product performance using data and customer feedback
Support prioritization decisions based on business impact and product metrics
Assist with troubleshooting and investigation of advanced product issues when needed
Maintain a strong understanding of the YOOBIC platform and product ecosystem
What you have...
0–2 years of experience, including internships or apprenticeships, in Product Management, Engineering, Product Operations, or related fields
Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical/analytical educational background preferred
Strong interest in AI technologies, workflow automation, and SaaS products
Comfortable working with technical concepts such as APIs, JSON, integrations, and software development workflows
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams while maintaining a strong product mindset
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively within an international environment
Fluent in English; French is a plus
Prior exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or integration technologies is a strong advantage
