This role is a Director-level Product Manager within the Technology COO organization, supporting the Firm's GenAI strategy through data, reporting, and insights. Sitting within a central AI-native team, the role focuses on building visibility into GenAI adoption, usage, governance, and business impact across the Firm.

We are looking for builders who love to build-people who are energized by turning ideas, data, and hypotheses into practical products, dashboards, prototypes, and insights. The ideal candidate is customer-driven, hands-on, and motivated by helping the Firm accelerate its AI transformation through scalable data products and actionable insights.

The individual will work across business stakeholders and teams including GenAI governance, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, HR, Technology, and Infrastructure to turn GenAI data into actionable insights. This role combines product management, data analytics, and GenAI strategy execution, and is suited to candidates who are comfortable working hands-on with data, identifying patterns, using AI-enabled tools, and prototyping ideas that can become real products or workflow improvements.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Support product strategy and execution for GenAI data, reporting, and insight capabilities across the Firm.

  • Define and maintain GenAI data standards, KPIs, and reporting requirements.

  • Produce dashboards and analyses that measure adoption, usage, governance, and business impact.

  • Identify trends, gaps, and hypotheses in GenAI data to inform actions that improve adoption and value realization.

  • Turn ideas, user needs, and data insights into practical product concepts, prototypes, dashboards, and workflow improvements.

  • Partner with platform and Infrastructure teams to improve data pipelines, reporting architecture, and data quality.

  • Translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders to support decision-making, accountability, and execution.

  • Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, prototype ideas, and improve team workflows.

  • Maintain a customer-driven approach by understanding stakeholder needs and translating them into useful, scalable solutions.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, analytics, data strategy, business intelligence, engineering, or related roles in a large, complex organization.

  • Experience supporting dashboards, reporting platforms, analytics solutions, or data products used for business decision-making.

  • Strong analytical skills and data instinct, with the ability to identify patterns, form hypotheses, and turn data into actionable insights.

  • Ability to translate business priorities into product requirements, data definitions, KPIs, and reporting outputs.

  • Builder mindset with a strong desire to turn ideas, insights, and hypotheses into practical products, dashboards, prototypes, or workflows.

  • Customer-driven approach, with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into useful, scalable solutions.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology teams.

  • Strong interest in GenAI, AI-enabled product development, and hands-on use of AI tools to improve analysis and execution.

  • Bias toward execution, ownership, and continuous improvement in support of the Firm's AI transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with GenAI strategy, adoption measurement, governance, or portfolio reporting.

  • Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

  • Familiarity with data governance, KPI design, and data quality practices.

  • Experience building prototypes, internal tools, dashboards, workflow solutions, or AI-related products is a plus.

  • Data science background is a plus.
