All about the role:

Product & Range Manager is the link between Supply Unit (In/Outsourcing) and Product Line ensuring effective product development and launch execution, ramp-up plans, with a deep product knowledge and understanding of market and competitors in the region

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate daily with R&D to support execution of all related activities, preparation on materials throughout the product development process
• Manage and maintain the category’s model catalogue, support New Variant Requests (NVRs), and Product Number Code (PNCs) creation, overlook lifecycle updates including PNC efficiency and phase-in/phase-out processes
• Ensure data accuracy across systems, validate product costs and specifications
• Collaborate with Experience Marketing team to ensure timely development of marketing assets to support commercial launch
• Support Category Manager to develop and execute mid-term plans, range execution across markets, and ensure product availability
• Liaise with Supply Chain and Factory teams to manage phase-in/out, stock issues, and capacity challenges, while ensuring financial viability for new variant requests
• Work alongside with R&D and factories for cost-out initiatives by providing component forecasts, and managing implementation timelines
• Follow up quality and regulatory issues for corrective actions

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the APAC Regional Office, located in Bangkok, Thailand. Occasional travel in the region may be needed.
