Clinical HCP Channel
Job Title Product Manager
Responsibility:
Deep dive stakeholders (incl. scientific leader, clinical HCP, online HCPs) insights through multiple channels
Develop scientific leader engagement plan and cultivate advocators, including speaker development & national campaign execution.
Develop clinical department development strategic & executive plan with clear objective & KPIs setting, and drive execution excellence, incl. HCP peer to peer education events
Develop celebrity HCPs on disease education
Customer engagement on core clinical department
Qualification/Requirements
5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
3+ years’ hands-on experience in central marketing
New department development experience preferred
Relevant department (urology, dermatology, infectious disease, OB/GYN, Head & Neck surgery, colorectal surgery) stakeholder engagement experience preferred
National Innovation Program management experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree or above, medicine or pharmaceutical background preferred
Advanced level of stakeholder engagement, problem solving, productive communication and CFT collaboration
Applying level of strategic business management
Willing to travel including on weekends
