How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Product Development & Expertise: Provide specialized support in developing, managing, and promoting banking products aligned with strategic goals

  • Requirements & System Design: Define product-related system features and processes; contribute to requirement analysis and documentation during change and release cycles

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with Development, Operations, IT, and Customer Service to resolve issues and enhance product delivery

  • Process Improvement & Incident Management: Identify improvement opportunities, manage incidents, and ensure mitigation actions are documented and implemented

  • Risk & Compliance Oversight: Promote risk awareness, ensure product compliance with legal and internal standards, and support audits and regulatory changes

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Lead requirement analysis with stakeholders, provide training, and support internal teams and customer inquiries

  • Agile Delivery & Leadership: Ensure timely and quality delivery of sprint tasks, participate in reviews, and foster strong team collaboration

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Experience supporting banking product development and lifecycle

  • Ability to define system features and document requirements

  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution

  • Familiar with banking regulations and compliance in the Baltics

  • Capable of managing incidents and maintaining product documentation

  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training

  • Experience working in agile delivery environments

  • Proactive, organized, and committed to continuous improvement

  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
