A Product Manager leads the end-to-end roadmap, and lifecycle of complex products, aligning customer needs with business goals. They analyze market trends, prioritize features, and lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer & Market Insight: Analyze customer feedback, user behavior, and competitor trends to identify opportunities.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product from concept through launch and iterative optimization.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Evaluate product performance metrics to prioritize the backlog and optimize features.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior product managers and guide team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year as a Product Manager, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software development processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is often preferred.
