We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS/FinTech products, from ideation to market launch and continuous improvement. Based in Bangalore (onsite), this role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, customer understanding, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for defining product vision, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution while ensuring the product remains competitive and future-ready. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of market trends, strong communication skills, and the ability to bridge business, technology, and customer needs effectively.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and vision aligned with market trends and business goals
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and ensure product relevance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing) for seamless product development
• Prioritize features and manage product backlog using Agile methodologies
• Lead pre-sales activities and contribute to business development initiatives
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including positioning and pricing
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and drive product improvements
• Manage customer expectations, contracts, and change requests effectively
• Work closely with technical teams to evaluate and adopt suitable technologies
• Ensure process adherence, requirement traceability, and project tracking
• Conduct quality checks and approve product deliverables before release
• Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies
• Mentor team members and contribute to team development and leadership building

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in FinTech or SaaS
• Strong understanding of market research, product strategy, and lifecycle management
• Ability to align business, customer, and technology perspectives
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern product development practices
• Understanding of process frameworks such as ISO or CMMI
• Ability to manage customer relationships and drive business outcomes
• Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and grow teams
