What You Will Do

• Lead the product management efforts for AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Utilize Python and JavaScript to develop and enhance product features, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Leverage Langchain and OpenAI technologies to integrate advanced AI capabilities into products.
• Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product iterations and enhancements.
• Drive the product lifecycle from concept through launch, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Measure product performance and user engagement metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4–8 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on software development.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in developing software solutions.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, specifically Langchain and OpenAI, and their application in enterprise settings.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred

• Experience working in a venture-backed startup environment.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and their practical applications in business.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.

Compensation and Benefits
