Product Manager

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core platform features, from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to translate user needs and business goals into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Conduct user research and synthesize feedback from both companies and recruiters to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Define and track key product metrics, using data to inform prioritization decisions and measure the impact of shipped features.
• Develop and maintain a well-prioritized product roadmap that aligns with company strategy and delivers measurable value.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support successful product launches and drive adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve the recruiter and employer experience, ensuring the platform remains intuitive and highly effective.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally within a marketplace, SaaS, or B2B platform environment.
• Proven ability to independently own a product area and drive features from concept to launch.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decision-making and measure success.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around a shared vision.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping high-quality products that solve real user problems.

Preferred

• Experience in AI-matching or recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working directly with engineering and design teams.
• A strong user-focused mindset with a history of conducting user research and iterating on feedback.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $220,000, commensurate with experience. This onsite role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment.
