Duties & responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business impact.
• Develop and maintain a backlog of features, ensuring alignment with AI-driven content automation, security, and compliance goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for platform performance, adoption, and user engagement.
• Oversee market research and competitive analysis to refine the platform's unique value proposition.
• Ensure CMS meets Saudi digital transformation and compliance standards (NCAR, NDMO, ISO 27001, GDPR, and SaaS regulatory requirements).
• Manage beta testing, customer feedback loops, and feature iteration cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or SaaS platform development.
  
  
• Technical Knowledge:
• Understanding of ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solutions, preferably Alfresco-based platforms.
• Experience with API-first products, AI-powered automation, and workflow management tools.
• Strong grasp of multi-cloud SaaS architectures (Alibaba Cloud, Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with security & compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NDMO KSA).
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning abilities.
• Certifications (Preferred) Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Institutes Product Management Certification.
