HedgeServis seeking a Product Managerto support the development and ongoing enhancement of several applications within our technology stack. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive, and self-driven professionalwho is an effective communicator and a strong facilitator between technical and business stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, clearly communicating requirements and expectations

• Define, refine, and maintain user stories and feature requirements

• Review and sign off on delivered functionality, ensuring alignment with business needs

• Plan, coordinate, and manage application releases

• Contribute to short-term prioritizationand backlog management

• Collaborate closely with UX/design teamsto communicate requirements and review designs

• Support production issue investigations in cooperation with support teams

• Participatingin planning, roadmap, and prioritization sessions

• Present and demonstrate new featuresto stakeholders and interested parties

Required Qualifications

• 5+ yearsof experience in the software development domain

• At least 1 yearin a Product role (Product Owner or Product Manager)

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Experience building or consuming APIs

• Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

• Hands-on experience with JIRAand Agile methodologies

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills

• Experience with release management processes

• Fluent in spoken and written English

Nice to Have

• Experience in Financial Services

• Hands-on experience with Scrum

• Understanding of AWS technologies

• Experience using Postman

• Experience working with Elastic / Elastic Stack
