Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a company with a mission to bring advanced language technology to everyday life by creating AI personal sales agents.
This role involves managing the product lifecycle end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
Lead Product Strategy, including roadmap development and technological direction.
Identify and analyze customer needs, market trends, and developments in the Marketing Automation and AI landscape.
Work closely with R&D department and other interfaces.
Translate business needs into technical requirements (PRDs).
Manage the entire product lifecycle, including launch, enhancement, and new feature development.
Monitor product performance using data analytics and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in AI or Marketing Automation products.
Experience working with R&D teams, with knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong understanding of AI and Marketing Automation concepts.
Experience leading B2B products a significant advantage.
Ability to analyze data and derive business and technical insights.
Experience working with international markets a plus.
High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
Strong project management and leadership skills.
