We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key platform capabilities focused on fan engagement and digital experience layers. This role sits at the core of product transformation, driving the evolution from custom-built solutions to scalable, modular products. You will work across interactive engagement modules and digital consumption platforms, enabling seamless and immersive user experiences. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, commercial teams, and external stakeholders, you will play a critical role in shaping a platform-first approach, ensuring products are configurable, scalable, and aligned with market needs. This is an opportunity to build and scale products from the ground up while contributing to long-term platform growth and innovation.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap, vision, and success metrics aligned with business goals
- Identify opportunities to transform service-based solutions into scalable product offerings
- Lead end-to-end product development, including writing PRDs and functional specifications
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product releases
- Conduct product discovery through customer interactions and stakeholder feedback
- Build modular, reusable, and scalable product components to support platform growth
- Ensure seamless integration and interoperability across multiple product layers
- Gather and analyze customer and market insights to identify opportunities for innovation and monetization
- Work with commercial teams to support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and client engagements
- Define and track product performance metrics, leveraging analytics tools and dashboards
- Implement data-driven decision-making through experimentation and performance analysis
- Continuously improve product offerings based on feedback, trends, and business requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Strong experience in product management with a focus on platform-based or scalable products
- Proven ability to build products from concept to launch in dynamic environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and experience with product analytics tools
- Ability to define metrics, build dashboards, and drive data-informed decisions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of modular product design and platform thinking
- Ability to balance customer requirements with scalable and reusable solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in handling client-facing interactions, demos, or product discussions
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on experimentation and continuous improvement
