About the Team

Our team of 30 colleagues has been the driving force for innovation in the area of document automation within the PwC network.

The team operates a platform that is being used in almost 50 countries, will soon provide the services to the whole PwC Network globally and expand to external markets.

A pplicationPlanningandDeployment

• Leadtheplanninganddeploymentofsoftwareapplicationdevelopedby a vendor

• Collaboratewiththevendor team toensureadherence toapplicationstandards, bestpractices, andprojecttimelines

• EnsureQAofeachrelease

• Overseetheimplementationofupdates,ensuringasmoothtransitionand minimaldisruption to businessoperations

Team Leadership:

• Managea teamofQA andapplicationspecialists

• Provideguidance, support, andmentorshipto teammembers

• Fosteracollaborativeandinnovativeworkenvironment.

Project Management:

• Developprojectplans,allocateresources, and monitor progress to ensure timelydeliveryofprojects

• Identifyandmitigaterisksassociatedwithapplicationdeployment

StakeholderCollaboration

• Workcloselywithbusinessstakeholderstounderstandtheirrequirementsand discuss with vendor application canmeet their needs.

• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating technicalconcepts into understandable terms.

• Ensureteammaintainsdocumentationforapplications,includingtechnicalspecifications, usermanuals, andchangelogs

• Innovation andContinuousImprovement:Stay informed about industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and best practicesin document automation

Requirementsoftherole

• MinimumYearsofExperience 7yearsofwhichmin. 4 years progressive roles involving IT products.

• Directexperiencewithteam leadership.

• ExperienceintheareaofQAofITproductisa must.

• Abilitytocommunicateclearlyandeffectivelywithallstakeholders

• Innovativethinkingandproactivecollaborationwithourvendor on strategic applicationdevelopment, AIfirstmindset.

• Experiencewithmanagingexternalsuppliersandproductdeploymentprocesses.

• Czech &Englishlanguageknowledgeonprofessionallevel.
