Key responsibilities
· To prepare and develop marketing plan for the designated products, agencies and principals in line with the Company as well as the Principal's objectives.
· To constantly develop and recommend appropriate sales and advertising and promotional activities for the designated product lines, agencies or Principals.
· To identify the appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product lines and draw up penetration strategies to gain their support.
· To gather market intelligence and conduct regular market visits.
· To track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in-market sales.
· To constantly survey the market and analyze the competitor's activities and new entrants.
· To maintain good public relationship with Principals as well as ensuring excellent customer relationship.
Qualification / Experience Requirement
· Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
· At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in consumer line.
· Required languages : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
