ClearEdge3D is a fast-growing technology company that has developed a set of groundbreaking computer vision algorithms and software that can reduce the time and cost of creating 3D Computed-Aided Design (CAD) models of process plants, buildings, bridges and entire cities by up to 70% (Yeah, it’s cool stuff!) ​

Product Manager over the ClearEdge3D Core products - EdgeWise and Verity

Core Job Duties

• Own and operate a structured user feedback and discovery program for EdgeWise and Verity, acting as the central intake for customer, prospect, and internal stakeholder input (Sales, Support, Customer Success).
• Distill qualitative and quantitative user insights into clear problems to solve, requirements, and prioritization recommendations that support data‑driven product decisions.
• Create, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring roadmap priorities and sequencing are justified by user evidence, usage data, and business needs.
• Own backlog management and delivery execution with Engineering and QA, including refinement, acceptance criteria, sprint readiness, release planning, and validation that shipped work meets user needs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution and operational follow‑through (Support, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing), including release readiness, escalation triage, and tracking of adoption and outcome metrics.
• Track and report product health and outcome metrics (adoption signals, feedback trends, support indicators, delivery status) to enable data driven decisions and continuous improvement.
