Job Description

At eBay, we're more than a global ecommerce leader — we’re changing the way the world shops and sells. Our platform empowers millions of buyers and sellers in more than 190 markets around the world. We’re committed to pushing boundaries and leaving our mark as we reinvent the future of ecommerce for enthusiasts.

Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers — and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all.

Meet Tise

At Tise , our goal is to make the world favori’tise second hand by making it easy, fun, and inspiring to buy and sell pre-loved items through our marketplace. Sustainability is at the core of what we do, and we use our platform to help people make more conscious choices every day.

With millions of users across the Nordics and a passionate community of Tise’ers, we’ve experienced strong growth in recent years. Tise is now part of eBay, one of the world’s largest marketplaces — opening up a new chapter for scaling our product and technology even faster.

The Tise team counts around 100 people , with around 33 people in Oslo across Product Management, Design, Engineering and Data & Machine Learning.

We’re now looking for an expert Product Manager to lead one of our cross-functional product teams who is eager to deep-dive into marketplace dynamics and foster innovation & improve Tise’s product, tools and processes — ultimately delivering experiences that make people favori’tise secondhand.

What you will accomplish...

  • Strategic Leadership & Domain Ownership: Translate Tise’s mission & company strategy into a high-impact roadmap for your assigned domain (e.g., Payments & Logistics, Seller Experience, Discover & Inspire). You navigate complex, ambiguous problem spaces to establish a clear product strategy, making explicit trade-offs between user needs, technical constraints, and long-term business value.
  • Outcome-Driven Execution: Establish and monitor success metrics that align your team’s tactical efforts with company OKRs. You ensure the team prioritizes meaningful outcomes over output, using data to validate impact, adjust course, and make clear prioritization decisions even when information is incomplete.
  • Insight-Led Discovery: Lead the end-to-end discovery process to deeply understand user behaviors and marketplace dynamics. You will partner closely with Design & Engineering to validate assumptions through qualitative research, experimentation, and A/B testing, ensuring we build the right solutions for our community.
  • Full-Cycle Delivery: Drive the execution of the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. You serve as the primary point of contact for your product team, providing tactical guidance, managing cross-functional dependencies, and maintaining a high bar for excellence while prioritizing momentum and validated learning, favoring early releases and iterative improvements over waiting for the 'perfect' solution.
  • Communicate and Evolve: Keep stakeholders aligned and the company informed through transparent storytelling. Beyond the product, you’ll actively evolve our internal practices, tools, and rituals to improve how we work as a discipline.

What you will bring...

  • A Strategic Navigator Sharp intuition for complex systems and thrive in unpredictable environments.
  • A Pragmatic Problem-Solver: Passionate about outcomes and favoring early releases over perfect solutions.
  • A Balanced Leader Combining inclusivity with assertiveness to drive decisions and foster a big-picture perspective.
  • Proven Impact Track record of driving meaningful growth through rigorous product optimization.
  • Experience 4+ years in Product Management, leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions.
  • Analytical Rigor Strong experience using data and experimentation to make impactful decisions.
  • Communication Excellence Ability to manage collaborators and articulate complex strategies with clarity.
