Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• Define product roadmap and lead end-to-end development and integration of Client System / AI PC products
• Develop and execute clear product strategies in close partnership with marketing, engineering, and business development to deliver complete PC solutions
• Translate customer, market, and business requirements into clear technical product specifications across Enterprise, Commercial, and Consumer segments
• Engage customers at multiple levels, including senior executives, engineering, and product marketing teams, to articulate product vision and understand customer challenges
• Proactively escalate critical issues to senior management and key vendors to ensure timely resolution
• Deliver product and technical training to internal teams, sales organizations, and customers

Provide third-level product and technical support to internal and external stakeholders when required

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; Master’s degree in engineering or business preferred

• 10+ years of experience in computer hardware product leadership, including planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, and influence without authority
• Strong knowledge of PC systems, architecture, and product roadmap planning
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to build business cases, deliver professional presentations, and influence stakeholders
• Proven ability to define, implement, and improve processes, methodologies, and performance standards
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and customer organizations
