  • Drive development of core brand elements, positioning, and messaging to ensure launch readiness.
  • Oversee creation of promotional and non-promotional materials, ensuring full compliance with local regulatory and legal requirements.

Market development and growth

  • Lead pre-launch market development initiatives to build disease awareness, identify unmet needs, and prepare the market for Vyepti.

  • Work cross-functionally with market access, medical, and key account management colleagues to align brand strategy with access needs and evidence requirements.
  • Support hospital access preparation in close collaboration with the KA team, including understanding hospital listing requirements, decision-making processes, and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and localization of value narratives, hospital-facing materials, and internal tools, working with the KA team to support hospital inclusion and launch readiness.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Act as the central point of coordination between sales, medical, government affairs, key account management, regulatory, and global teams.
  • Support sales force readiness through clear positioning, training materials, and ongoing performance dialogue.
  • Work closely with medical colleagues to ensure scientific accuracy and meaningful engagement with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications and experience

  • Proven involvement in pre-launch or launch-phase projects, with strong market development capabilities.
  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical marketing mix and omnichannel engagement in the Chinese market.

Skills and competencies

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with practical execution skills.
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, impactful messages.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Analytical and insight-driven, with confidence using data to guide decisions.
