Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To manage a portfolio of power products and general-purpose measurement products.
  • Working with key customers to research markets and customer requirements to define the next generation of products that meet customer needs.
  • Research and analytical skills based on data about trends, demographics, and buying habits.
  • Keep track of what competitors are doing and planning in a given market.

  • Power Product and General-Purpose Measurement knowledge
  • High level of application knowledge
  • Solid team player working closely with Industry Teams solution architects and R&D project leads to drive alignment across organizations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, influencing, and customer-facing skills
  • Broad knowledge of organizations, products, markets, channels, processes, and key customers
  • Great initiative, sense of ownership, and sound decision making
  • Demonstrates proven ability to lead market research, market segmentation and customer requirements through the product lifecycles
  • Has demonstrated track record of initiative and results, with strong accountability to results
  • Ability to lead and work across Keysight organizations
  • Ability to contribute technically and demonstrates innovation and creativity


Qualifications

  • Bachelors or master's degree in electrical engineering with 5+ years of power applications experience
  • Power product and general-purpose measurement product knowledge and customer experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Can reduce and focus broad business strategies and concepts into structured executable projects with measurable goals
  • Cross organizational collaboration; impact and influence
  • Customer focused innovation
  • Market analysis and opportunity identification, and strategic insight
