We are seeking a talented and experienced AI SaaS Product Expert to join our fast-growing team.

How will your days look like:

• Own and manage the product delivery process, from planning to release, ensuring the team is delivering high-quality features that meet customer needs.
• Act as the product owner, setting the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Use agile development methodologies to facilitate product development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points, and work to incorporate their feedback into the product roadmap.
• Work with customer success and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for future product iterations.

What you need:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS product management or related roles
• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices
• In-depth expertise in a SaaS company/environment, including experience with agile development methodologies, user-centered design, and product management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with SaaS software development processes and tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
