Job Description

Minimum requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in product management, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of idea generation and MVP testing.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to understand unit economics and ROI.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and quantitative skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute product strategies.
  • Excellent operational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Entrepreneurial Thinking: Generate and explore new product ideas, and develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for testing and validation.
  • Financial Acumen: Understand unit economics and ROI (Return on Investment) to make informed decisions about product investments and resource allocation.
  • Analytics and Quantitative Skills: Utilize data and quantitative analysis to inform product development and optimization, continuously improving product performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the overall business objectives, identifying market opportunities and positioning products for success.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee product development processes, ensuring efficient execution and delivery while managing resources effectively.
  • Leadership Skills: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide clear direction, and inspire a culture of innovation and excellence.
