Job Description
We’re looking for a high-impact Product Manager to lead the development of scalable, revenue-generating products across our core customer verticals. This role sits at the intersection of customer insight, go-to-market, and platform development — translating complex, bespoke customer needs into repeatable, self-serve solutions that drive growth.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping product strategy, building the infrastructure and standards that allow the business to scale efficiently, and identifying opportunities to productize patterns across customers. This is a high-trust, ownership-driven role where you’ll work closely with engineering, forward deployed teams, sales, and customers to turn ambiguity into clear, actionable product direction.
What you’ll do:
- Own and drive the product roadmap across key business units
- Lead product initiatives end-to-end, from ideation through launch
- Synthesize insights from customers and internal teams to inform product direction
- Translate complex workflows into modular, scalable product solutions
- Define pricing, packaging, and commercial models in partnership with GTM teams
- Partner closely with engineering to make thoughtful system and infrastructure tradeoffs
- Identify opportunities to productize bespoke solutions into scalable platform capabilities
- Help shape the growth of the product and engineering organization
What we’re looking for:
- 4–5+ years of experience in product management, forward deployed engineering, or a hybrid technical/customer-facing role
- Strong ability to turn ambiguity and customer complexity into clear product direction
- Experience building products with strong GTM alignment (pricing, packaging, onboarding flows)
- Technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineers on system design and tradeoffs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action in fast-paced environments
