Job Description

1. CORE RESPONSIBILITY

æ ¸å¿ƒèŒè´£

• Own complete product portfolio in assigned segments, responsible for the product life cycle management.

• Build up product line roadmap for the segment assigned and responsible for the execution of the product strategy

• Identify opportunities for new product development by understanding competitive landscape and market situation

• Lead new projects development, partner with key stakeholders and a wide variety of functional groups such as sales, R&D, manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain to support new product development. This includes managing stage-gate review process, ensuring project objectives, technical requirement, target price and cost, timeline are clearly understood by all functions, utilizing a project charter to lead execution of detailed project plans.

• Develop a personal expertise on product markets including a complete intelligence file on competitor’s pricing, product, market activity and end-user preference.

• Closely work with Marcom and commercial team on the NPD launch and rollout

• Analyze market size & growth, identify growth opportunities through market research.

• Deliver sales growth, increase market share, strengthen brand value.

1. EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree or above with +3 yrs working experience in Chemicals industry, coating experience preferred
