Product Manager
Your role:
• Support Marketing Manager to develop commercial plan including category strategy, NPD launch, and brand communication, to accelerate business growth and achieve sales target.
• Develop annual marketing plan (ATL&BTL) with portfolio management to deliver sales target with market share gain. Lead and coordinate across functions to translate marketing strategies into implementation tactics.
• Collect and analyze market dynamic, consumer insights, and competition strategies to make recommendations to management team. Propose brand positioning, communication angles, media mix to strengthen brand equity and drive sales.
• Develop or adapt brand communication materials and ensure high quality of execution to meet brand KPIs and deadline.
• Co-work with sales team to prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales, control pricing and promotion across channels, and manage A&P budget to maximize output.
• Work cross-functionally with local/regional marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, legal to proactively come out solution and maximize business result.
