Requirements

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 2. 1-3 years of product management experience, with at least 1 year of B2B SaaS product experience
• 3. PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification preferred
• 4. 2+ years of experience in FinTech, enterprise software, or financial management systems preferred
• 5. Ability to communicate effectively with development teams and understand technical architecture and development complexity
• 6. Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and other agile development methodologies
• 7. Expert knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools; familiarity with Figma, Sketch, and other design tools with ability to create product prototypes
• 8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly convey product vision to stakeholders at different levels
• 9. Ability to manage multiple parallel projects in high-pressure environments while maintaining high-quality output
• 10. Fluent in spoken English, able to use English as working language

Responsibilities

• 1. End-to-End Product Development - Manage the complete product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including feature planning, requirement definition, development tracking, and go-live
• 2. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
• 3. Requirement Translation - Deeply understand user needs and translate them into clear product features and technical specifications
• 4. Project Coordination Management - Manage product development projects, coordinate resource allocation and task orchestration
• 5. Project Risk Management - Identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure project milestones are achieved as planned
• 6. Agile Project Execution - Apply Scrum/Kanban and other agile methodologies to optimize project delivery efficiency
• 7. Project Outcome Tracking - Establish project KPI systems and regularly review project progress and results
• 8. Financial Process Understanding - Deeply understand AR/AP, cash management, and other financial business processes to design industry-standard product features
• 9. Compliance Considerations - Ensure product design complies with financial industry regulatory requirements and data security standards
• 10. Enterprise Product Experience - Possess B2B SaaS product experience and understand complex enterprise customer needs
