Job Responsibilities :

As the Product Manager, you will lead and oversee the strategic execution of our 3rd party mobile game publishing operations in Vietnam. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Design, Localization, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery across all aspects of the business.

As the Product Manager, you will lead and oversee the strategic execution of our 3rd party mobile game publishing operations in Vietnam. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Design, Localization, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery across all aspects of the business.

Your mandate is to drive excellence in game operations across multiple high-impact projects, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. This critical role requires close collaboration with external game development teams, where you will play a key role in elevating and refining game operations to meet and exceed industry standards, ultimately driving growth and success for our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a key member of a publishing team across multiple functions, including marketing, operations, community management, customer support, and technical support, ensuring cohesion and excellence in execution.

  • Oversee the game lifecycle, from initial evaluation and preparation to soft launch, hard launch, and post-launch support, ensuring successful execution and strong market penetration.

  • Hold P&L responsibility, driving profitability and ensuring that all operational activities align with and support financial targets and business objectives.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies with a focus on monetization, user engagement, and sustainable long-term growth.

  • Strategically plan and execute an integrated product roadmap that includes updates, new features, and coordinated marketing activities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Regularly analyse and forecast game performance using detailed daily statistics, making informed, data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes and maximize success.

  • Benchmark internal products against competitors through detailed market analyses, refining strategies to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on market opportunities.

  • Clearly articulate and champion the product and publishing vision across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment, focus, and commitment to key objectives.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Hardcore gamer who plays a lot of mobile genres.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in the online or mobile games industry, with deep expertise in the Vietnamese market.

  • Extensive experience in a senior role within a leading publishing company is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable strategies is a strong advantage.

  • Specialized expertise in publishing RPGs, MMORPGs or CBGs is highly desirable.

  • Native Vietnamese. Fluency English is a plus.

  • Position based in Ho Chi Minh City.
