As IDEXX Veterinary Software continues to grow, we’re looking for a Product Manager to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. In this role, you’ll take ownership of product areas within ezyVet, helping us continue to deliver premium solutions for veterinary professionals around the world.
You’ll work closely with other Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams in a cross-functional product squad, shaping product initiatives and delivering features that create real value for our customers. There is strong opportunity in this role to take ownership, engage directly with customers, and help guide product direction.

What you’ll be doing
Partnering with Engineering and Product Design to define and deliver valuable product improvements
Leading product discovery, working with customers and internal teams to identify problems worth solving
Conducting market and user research to inform product direction and prioritisation
Engaging regularly with veterinary customers and industry stakeholders to gather insights and feedback
Acting as the product expert and advocate for your product area
Owning product discovery, business cases, and feature prioritisation
Maintaining a well-defined and prioritised product backlog
Leading sprint planning and refinement with your engineering teams
Supporting delivery through ongoing collaboration with engineers
Communicating product initiatives, priorities, and updates across internal teams and stakeholders
What we’re looking for
Proven experience managing the lifecycle of evolving software products
Experience working closely with Agile engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
Strong product discovery and problem-solving skills
Experience conducting customer or market research to inform product decisions
Ability to guide and support teams through iterative product development in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience managing multi-faceted projects or product ownership responsibilities
A highly organised and adaptable approach, with strong attention to detail
